Release Statement In consideration of participation and at any and all playing fields, clinics, camps, competitions, tournaments, park facilities, park structures, community centers, gymnasiums, swimming pools or other location, property or recreational program of the Parks and Recreation department of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, and specifically the Plaza Tennis Center, the undersigned person(s) HEREBY RELEASE the CITY OF KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI and World Team Tennis, its officers, employees, volunteers, officials and agents from any and all claims, liability, loss of services and causes of action of any kind whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise, for personal injury and property damage arising in any way out of said participation. Further, the undersigned person(s) agree to abide by and comply with all recreational rules and regulations of the Parks & Recreation Department of the City of Kansas City, Missouri.
