All Points Tennis Fall League
2018 All Points Tennis Fall League

What is World TeamTennis?
The WTT league format consists of co-ed teams competing in 6 sets -- one set each of men's and women's doubles followed by men's and women's singles, ending with 2 sets of mixed doubles. All sets are played with no-ad scoring. Total games won from all sets determines the winner. Matches are timed for 2 hours. Substitutions and coaching are allowed during the match. What is a WTT team?
A team must have two men and two women, as a minimum. The maximum roster size for local play is 10 players. This allows for periods of rest and missing matches. We also provide a list of registered substitutes for team back-ups.
Who can play?
Adults (18 & over) may sign up as a team or as an individual. As long as a player turns 18 years of age prior to 12/31/2018, he/she is eligible to play in the league.

For USTA rated players, the Year End 2017 will be used.

Self-rated players and players with expired USTA ratings are encouraged to join the league. Self-rated players must fill out a WTT Player History Form at:
When do leagues start?
Play begins the weekend of September 7 and will run through early-mid December, depending on the division. Matches will take place on Friday evenings (3.5 and 4.5 Divisions) and Sunday evenings (3.0 and 4.0 Divisions).
Sign-Up Deadline:
The deadline to enter a TEAM is August 20, 2018. To enter a team, please contact us at:

PLAYER REGISTRATION will remain open throughout the season. A player MUST have registered and paid their registration fee prior to playing a match.

There will be no refunds and/or transfer of payment to another person after the season starts.
What Divisions (levels of play) are offered?
The following divisions are being offered: 2.0-2.5 (Rookie), 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5. Self-rated players are welcome and hybrid teams are allowed (see below).
Determining Team Rating
The average NTRP rating of the top two men and top two women players on your team determines the team rating.
  Joe- 4.5 Mary- 3.5
  Tom- 4.5 Jill-3.5
  Bill- 4.0 Gail- 3.5
  Joe- 4.5 Mary- 3.5
  Jim- 3.5 Joan- 3.0
The best two men and two women are: 4.5 + 4.5 + 3.5 + 3.5 = 16. 16 divided by 4 equals 4.0.
This team could register for the 4.0 division or a higher division. A team consists of a minimum of two men and two women. Although the limit to the number of team members is ten, the suggested number of players is three men and three women. Click here to determine your NTRP level.
Where do we play?
All matches will be scheduled at Tri-City Fitness, located at 944 New Loudon Road, Latham, NY 12110
Can I register as an individual/substitute/team?
Players can register as an individual on an existing team or as a substitute player. If registering as a substitute player, please indicate Sub List as the team you're registering for.
Note to substitute players:
Substitute players must be registered and paid prior to playing in a match. If for some reason a substitute doesn't get called to sub before the end of the season, the $12 registration fee will be refunded upon request.
Why register via the Internet?
You are not an official league participant until you have registered online. When you register via the Internet site you will be e-mailed league information during the season and your WTT Member Benefits (WTT Point of Contact Newsletter, discounts on hotel, rental cars, 2 for 1 tickets, plus more).
What is the cost?
The league fee is $12 per player per division. Players are welcome to play on teams at different levels (for example, a 3.5 and a 4.0 team).

Court fees are $92/team per match ($23 per player, assuming 4 players per match). Matches are scheduled for 2 hours.
League winners qualify for a National Qualifier?
Winning teams advance to the WTT National Qualifiers. Your team is eligible to participate in a NQ for up to one year from the end date of your league. For every four (4) teams in any official World TeamTennis (WTT) local league division, one (1) team will be eligible to participate in a NQ. Click here for more details.
