Tennis Addiction WTT (WINTER)
2022 Tennis Addiction WTT Winter League

What is World TeamTennis?
WTT is co-ed teams competing in a format that consists of 6 no-ad sets. One set each of men's and women's doubles followed by men's and women's singles, ending with 2 sets of mixed doubles. Lets are played. Total games won from all sets determines the winner. Substitutions and coaching are allowed during the match. Click here to view WTT Rules
What is a WTT team?
A team must have two men and two women, as a minimum. (10 players maximum). This allows for periods of rest and missing matches. You can also have Subs participate
Who can play?
Adults (18 & over) may sign up as a team or as an individual.
When do leagues start?
Our winter league starts the weekend of January 7 and runs through April. Matches can be scheduled Friday evenings (between 7pm-10pm), and Saturday afternoons/early evenings.

3.5 Playoffs- April 2 @ 530pm, April 8 @ 7pm
4.0 Playoffs - April 2 @ 4pm
4.5 Playoffs - April 1 @ 7pm
Sign-Up Deadline: December 10, 2021
ALL players must be registered in the system by December 10. If you play in 2 divisions, you must register twice. Schedules will be released before Christmas.
What Divisions (levels of play) are offered?
3.5 - Includes 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0 players
4.0 - Includes 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5 players
4.5 - Includes 4.0, 4.5, and 5.0 players
The Top 2 Men & Top 2 Women on your roster MUST average at or below the division rating level. This will be checked prior to creating the schedule & any inaccurate ratings will be asked to adjust prior to your first match.

Example for A Team of 10 players regarding Top 2 men & Top 2 women:
-4.5 Division Team: 5.0 M + 4.5 M + 4.5 W + 4.0 W = 18/4= 4.5
-4.5 Division Team That Does Not Work: 5.0 M + 4.5 M + 4.5 W + 4.5 W = 4.625
Determining Team Rating
The average NTRP rating of the top two men and top two women players on your team determines the team rating.
  Joe- 4.5 Mary- 3.5
  Tom- 4.5 Jill-3.5
  Bill- 4.0 Gail- 3.5
  Joe- 4.5 Mary- 3.5
  Jim- 3.5 Joan- 3.0
The best two men and two women are: 4.5 + 4.5 + 3.5 + 3.5 = 16. 16 divided by 4 equals 4.0.
This team could register for the 4.0 division or a higher division. A team consists of a minimum of two men and two women. Although the limit to the number of team members is ten, the suggested number of players is three men and three women. Click here to determine your NTRP level.
Where do we play?
All matches are at Tennis Addiction. 202 Phillips Rd, Exton PA 19341.
Can I register as an individual/substitute/team?
